Magipics has created an illustration for the School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences at Melbourne University. The illustration was used as part of an ARC Discovery Grant application.
The project asks a fundamental global question: How much stormwater in cities is truly harvestable excess—after meeting the environmental flow needs of urban ecosystems—and how reliably can this excess support nonpotable demands through feasible storage and operation under current and future climates and land use?
Shown here is the rough hand-drawing and the finished artwork.
